Frequently asked questions:

What do I need to set up?

An email address. That's it. Radarr runs entirely on our infrastructure — you sign up at app.radarr.biz, answer a few onboarding questions about your company and targets, and your first digest arrives the next morning. No API keys, no code, no calls.

———

How long does setup take?

About five minutes. The onboarding covers your company profile, sectors, signal types, target titles and geography. Your first signal digest arrives the following morning by 8am ET.

———

Is there really no credit card required?

Correct. The 14-day trial is completely free with no card on file. At the end of the trial you'll be asked to enter payment details to continue. If you don't, your account simply pauses — no charges, no chasing.

———

Can I change my sectors after signing up?

Yes, any time. The Signal Preferences page in your dashboard lets you edit your sectors, signal types, target titles and geographic focus. Changes take effect on your next morning run.

THE SYSTEM

How does Radarr actually work?

Every weekday morning, Radarr scans leading global business publications across your configured sectors. It identifies real growth signals — M&A activity, new senior appointments, funding rounds, brand repositioning — researches the relevant executives at each company, drafts a personalized outreach email and a LinkedIn connection message, and delivers everything to your inbox and live dashboard by 8am ET. On the Full plan, a weekly job radar runs every Monday, surfacing companies hiring senior strategy and growth leaders at $150k+ — a hire that signals active budget you can move on before the new hire joins.

———

How many signals will I receive each day?

Typically 8-10 signals per day across your configured sectors. The system deduplicates automatically — a company and signal type already surfaced won't appear again unless there's a genuinely new development.

———

What does "Radarr learns from my feedback" mean?

Every signal has a thumbs up/down. Rate it, optionally tag why — wrong sector, too small, already a client, great timing, perfect fit — and those preferences feed directly into your next morning's run. Three thumbs-down on a sector deprioritizes it automatically. Your digest gets sharper the more you use it.

———

What are Priority Targets?

Your dream client list. Type companies in or upload a CSV, and Radarr watches them specifically. Any signal that matches one of your targets is flagged with a Priority badge and prioritized in your digest.

———

What is momentum detection?

When the same company appears in three or more signals within a rolling 30-day window, Radarr flags it as Trending. Five or more: Rising. Seven or more: Hot. Click any trending company to see its full signal history — every date it fired, with the article source and BD hook — and jump straight into that day's full digest. Repeated signals mean active transformation — the moments when companies actually buy outside help.

———

What sectors can I target?

Choose from 25 pre-built sectors including Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Healthcare, Technology, Retail, Luxury, Aviation, Defense, Blockchain, Telecoms and Energy — or add your own custom sector during onboarding or later in Signal Preferences.

———

How does the LinkedIn network cross-reference work?

Available on the Full plan. Team members export their LinkedIn connections as a CSV — a five-minute process via LinkedIn's Settings → Data Privacy → Download your data. Upload the file in Settings. From then on, every time a signal fires on a company, Radarr checks whether anyone on your team is already connected to someone there and shows you who. Your dashboard's Warm Leads view collects every signal with a matched connection in one place, across your full history — not just the current day — so cold signals become warm intros you can always find again.

———

Do I need to keep my computer on for it to run?

No. Radarr runs entirely on our infrastructure. Your computer can be off, your phone in your pocket. It runs every weekday morning regardless.

COMPARISON

How is Radarr different from ZoomInfo or Apollo?

ZoomInfo and Apollo are contact databases. They tell you who exists. Radarr tells you who just gave you a reason to call — today — based on real news events: an acquisition, a new CMO, a funding round. It's event-triggered intelligence, not static data. ZoomInfo tells you the who. Radarr tells you the why and the when.

———

Does Radarr work for organizations outside agencies?

Yes. Radarr is built for anyone responsible for driving new business — agency founders, consultancy leads, in-house growth executives, commercial directors and founder-led businesses. Your onboarding configuration ensures the signals match your specific ICP.

CONTACTS AND ACCURACY

How accurate are the researched contacts?

Each contact carries a confidence rating: High means the name and LinkedIn profile were both confirmed from current sources; Medium means the name was found from a reliable source without a confirmed profile; Verify means the person was identified but their current role should be checked before outreach. We recommend a quick LinkedIn confirmation before sending — roles change fast, and AI-researched contact data should always be verified.

———

How many contacts do I get per signal?

One researched contact per signal on Starter, three on Full.

CRM AND INTEGRATIONS

What CRM does Radarr integrate with?

The Full plan includes native HubSpot sync. For each signal, Radarr creates the company record, adds contacts with high confidence ratings, logs the signal briefing as a note and creates a pipeline opportunity — automatically. Additional CRM integrations are on the roadmap; email hello@radarr.biz if yours is a priority.

———

Can I export my signals?

Yes — one click exports everything to Excel, organized with a summary tab and a separate tab for each day of signals, including hooks, drafts, contacts and status.

PRICING AND BILLING

What happens at the end of my free trial?

You'll be prompted to enter payment details to continue — $99/month for Starter or $149/month for Full. If you don't subscribe, your account pauses. No charges are ever made without your card details being entered by you.

———

Can I upgrade from Starter to Full?

Yes, any time from your Settings page. Your existing signal history and preferences carry over, and the extra sectors, contacts, job radar, LinkedIn cross-reference and CRM sync unlock immediately.

———

Can I cancel?

Any time, from the Manage Billing link in Settings. Your subscription runs to the end of the current billing period and doesn't renew.

———

What is the founding offer?

The first 100 firms get the Full plan at $119/month for their first year (normally $149). The code is shared on our LinkedIn — follow Radarr there or email hello@radarr.biz.

———

What if something goes wrong?

Email hello@radarr.biz — we read every message. The system includes built-in retry logic, and if a source is temporarily unavailable, Radarr automatically falls back to alternative research methods so your morning digest still arrives.
