Frequently asked questions:

GETTING STARTED
══════════════════

What technology do I need to set up?

None. Radarr is a fully managed service. We handle all the underlying infrastructure — AI models, APIs, hosting and ongoing maintenance. All you need is a Gmail or Outlook account to receive your daily signal email, a Google account to view your signal tracker sheet, and optionally a CRM account for pipeline integration. That's it. No technical knowledge required.

———

How long does setup take?

Starter builds are live within 5 business days of your discovery call. Full builds — including CRM integration and LinkedIn network cross-reference setup — are live within 7 business days. We run full testing and QA before anything goes live on your end.

———

What do you need from me to get started?

A 30-45 minute discovery call to confirm your target sectors and ICP, your preferred email platform (Gmail or Outlook), and your CRM name if you want pipeline integration. If you want the LinkedIn network cross-reference, you'll send us your team's LinkedIn connection exports — a 5-minute process per person. That's the full extent of your involvement in setup.

THE SYSTEM
══════════════════

How does Radarr actually work?

Every weekday morning between 8 and 9am, your Radarr system automatically scans leading global business publications across your configured sectors. It identifies real growth signals — M&A activity, new senior appointments, funding rounds, brand repositioning announcements — researches the relevant executives at each company, drafts a personalized outreach email and routes everything into your Google Sheet tracker and CRM. It then runs a weekly job radar every Monday morning, surfacing companies actively hiring senior strategy and growth leaders at $150k+ — a hire that signals active budget you can move on before the new hire joins.

———

How many signals will I receive each day?

Typically 8-10 signals per day across your configured sectors, drawn from recent global business press. The system deduplicates automatically — a company and signal type already surfaced in a previous run won't appear again unless there is a genuinely new development.

———

Do I need to keep my computer on for it to run?

No. Radarr runs entirely on our managed infrastructure via scheduled triggers. Your computer can be off, your phone in your pocket, your inbox closed. It runs every weekday morning without any involvement from you.

———

What sectors can you target?

Any sector where significant business activity is covered in the global business press. We have pre-built configurations across 20 categories including Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Healthcare, Technology, Retail, Hospitality, Professional Services, Energy and Luxury. On your discovery call we configure the specific sectors and sub-sectors most relevant to your ICP and target market.

———

How does the LinkedIn network cross-reference work?

Available on the Full plan. Team members export their LinkedIn connections as a CSV — a 5-minute process via LinkedIn settings (up to 24 hours to receive download). We configure the matching logic against your signal tracker. From that point, every time a signal fires on a company, the system automatically checks whether anyone on your team is already connected to someone there. If so, the signal email shows who that connection is, their role and which team member owns the relationship. The same data is captured in your Google Sheet. It turns cold signals into warm ones.

COMPARISON
══════════════════

How is Radarr different from ZoomInfo or Apollo?

ZoomInfo and Apollo are contact databases. They tell you who exists. Radarr tells you who just gave you a reason to call — today — based on real news events: an acquisition, a new CMO, a funding round, an earnings miss. It is event-triggered intelligence, not static data. The two approaches complement each other but solve fundamentally different problems. ZoomInfo tells you the who. Radarr tells you the why and the when.

———

Does Radarr work for organizations outside agencies?

Yes. Radarr is built for anyone responsible for driving new business — agency founders, consultancy leads, in-house growth executives, commercial directors and founder-led businesses. The sector configuration on your discovery call ensures the signals are relevant to your specific ICP regardless of the type of organization you run.

══════════════════
CRM AND INTEGRATIONS
══════════════════

What CRM does it integrate with?

The Full plan includes CRM integration. We connect natively to Capsule, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce. For each signal, the system automatically creates the organization record, adds the relevant contacts, logs the signal briefing as a note and creates a new pipeline opportunity. Get in touch before your discovery call if you use a CRM not listed here to confirm compatibility.

The Starter plan includes Google Sheet tracking only.

PRICING AND ONGOING SERVICE
══════════════════

What does the setup fee cover?

The setup fee covers the full build, configuration, testing, QA and handover of your Radarr system — plus 12 months of fully managed service. During that 12-month period, all hosting, AI model updates, API maintenance and signal delivery are included. You pay nothing additional for the first year beyond the setup fee.

———

What happens after 12 months?

You choose. Continue at the monthly management rate — $99/month for Starter or $149/month for Full — or cancel with 30 days notice. The monthly fee covers continued hosting, model and API updates, and ongoing signal delivery. If you cancel, your system is deactivated. We give 30 days notice of any pricing changes.

———

Can I upgrade from Starter to Full?

Yes. The upgrade fee is $2,000 — the difference between the two setup costs. Your monthly management rate adjusts to the Full plan rate from the upgrade date. Your existing signal history, Google Sheet data and CRM pipeline are all preserved.

———

What if something goes wrong?

The system includes built-in retry logic and error handling. If a morning run fails completely, you receive a failure notification email before 9am — you always know the status. On the Full plan, support queries during the first 30 days post-launch are responded to within one business day. After that, ongoing support is available at the monthly management rate.
